Co-founded together with other previous colleagues at Lazada Techhub Vietnam, with the main role of overseeing the creation of operational and project management standards, ensuring efficient workflows and quality service delivery and operation process and practices.
- Lead a team of developers and system engineers, delivering services to businesses locally in Saigon and internationally, including Singapore and Thailand, with a strong focus on scalable, client-centric solutions.
- Handle project management, SEO, front-end development and responsive website development, specializing in tailored digital solutions for small to medium-sized businesses.
- Direct social media marketing and analysis, driving increased visibility and engagement through targeted strategies
- Since May 2024, got based in Thailand under contract with a small online gaming startup to set up their project and operations management. Additionally, responsible for reviewing and selecting qualified project manager candidates for the company's growth and project scalability

Lazada operates one of Southeast Asia's top online shopping and selling platform in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Senior Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure (SEA/Regional), November 2017 to September 2020 | Full Time, Hybrid
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Singapore; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Hong Kong; Hangzhou and Shenzhen, China
Promoted and relocated in Vietnam to handle Lazada SEA Infrastructure projects in a multi-cultural team (from Singapore, Vietnam, Moscow, Hong Kong and China) and oversee collaboration (online and onsite, traveled to Singapore, Hong Kong and China) with Alibaba Infrastructure Services (AIS) - PMO, Technology, Cybersecurity, Legal and Business teams under Lazada Group and LEL/LEX.
- Involved with local and mega campaigns (e.g. National Holidays, Black Friday, 12/12)’ Capacity Planning together with the Team Leads, Incident/911, Finance and Business units; and Implementation for IT Infrastructure, such as resource requirements and budget analysis, on-call tier and assigning schedules to engineers, deployment, cleanup and decommission afterwards.
- For Lazada Legacy Platform and Data Center Migration to Sunset Project, reviewed the applications, services and resources needed to be applied, relocated, migrated and decommissioned together with Alibaba IDC, Cybersecurity, Legal, Finance, affected Business units (Regional and Local level), and responsible for the overall planning, overseeing and acquiring budget and timeline approval from Lazada Group CTO. Applied for the IPsec tunnels and NAT/gateways required connectivity, managed scheduling and coordinating with external service providers for the physical relocations of servers from SGDC and HKDC to SG1N data centers, migrated applications from AWS and physical servers to “public” and “internal” AliCloud with DevOps and System Engineers, decommissioned (and liquidated) the unneeded physical and cloud servers following AIS and Cybersecurity’s policies. Project was signed off and declared successful with meeting all the requirements with minimal changes, no operation downtime, on schedule and within the proposed budget.
- Supported Daraz and Redmart Tech for the “public” and “internal” AliCloud connectivity to their existing services as part of the acquisition integration/transition.
Aside project management, I was entrusted to handle Infrastructure’s operations:
- Infrastructure and TechHub’s Fiscal Year budget forecasting together with other TPMs, IDC, NE and TechHub Finance, reviewed and approved by the Lazada Group CTO and AIS - PMO
- Key POC for Lazada Group and LEL/LEX domain management, supported Zone Records and SSL certificate changes approved by the Regional Legal and Cybersecurity, SG/VN TechHub’s license and services subscriptions management, AWS and AliCloud corporate account management, SG1N spare server management and “per department” Infrastructure inventory
Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure, August 2015 to November 2017 | Full Time, Hybrid
Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines
Initially hired to kick-off Infrastructure and Corporate IT standardization projects, managing 30 team members nationwide (onsite and online) under Lazada and LEL/LEX Philippines, System Integrators and coordination with Lazada Group Infrastructure based in Singapore and Vietnam.
- Reported project status directly to Lazada Philippines CEO and COO, Regional Infrastructure, Corporate IT and Cybersecurity. Key POC for the stakeholders for all technical concerns, issues and deliverables during integration up to the final turn over of the projects.
- Achieved to set the overall infrastructure (from network, security and telephony) for all Lazada PH main offices (Net Park, Net Lima and Makati CS), LEL main warehouses (Cabuyao, Cebu, Davao, Muntinlupa) and 80 LEX Modular Hubs nationwide based on Lazada Group Infrastructure’s requirements, strict budget allocation and 1 year ahead of schedule.
- Key TPM for facilitating the users under Lazada and LEL/LEX Philippines in smooth Google > Office365 and Active Directory migration, handled and met milestones together with the Senior TPM, Windows SE and Cybersecurity.
Strato Data Solutions
Co-Founder, Project & Operations Manager, February 2013 to August 2015 | Full Time, Hybrid
Laguna, Philippines
Strato Data Solutions is a young, progressive and innovative IT solution provider that catered clients from Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia.
Worked with the rest of the co-founders (Beautec Salon Singapore and 3Wise Solutions Malaysia) for project proposal, analysis and design, development, implementation, deployment, documentation and handover. Required to travel to Singapore and Malaysia monthly for management meetings and projects.
- Collaborated with the Account and Marketing Associates in SG, MY and PH, finalizing project proposals and cost estimates, accompanied them in proposal presentations and client meetings if needed.
- Acted as Team Lead and manages DevOps Team’s manpower, schedule, tasks and operations; assigned and approved OT related task. Composed job role descriptions, created practical and written programming exam, filtered CVs, interviewed applicants and prepared on-board hiring. Conducted developers’ monthly and “after project” performance evaluation and recommended training sessions needed.
- Solutions provided: Salon and Spa Customer Booking, Nail Interactive Catalogue, Loyalty Management, Laboratory Clinic Management, Small-scale business POS & Inventory, School Curriculum and Operation management, WordPress and Joomla customizations.
- Generates financial reports such as monthly income statement, expenses, disbursements and reimbursement approvals, payroll management to be reviewed and approved by the other co-founders.
Experience
Since 2002, my journey in tech has spanned a range of roles and industries, from freelancing as a developer for academic projects and designing graphics, to working as a full-stack developer and even venturing into technical support. Each step has enriched my skills, especially in client-facing roles, multi-cultural environments, and solution-driven project work. Thanks to that, I’m focused on leveraging this extensive background to deliver impactful solutions in my area of expertise, drawing on years of adaptability and hands-on experience across various tech domains.
